You may not use OSINTS.xyz to stalk, harass, intimidate, or conduct any activity that violates applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that every lookup you perform is compliant with Indian and international law. Misuse of data obtained through this platform is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination and legal action.
4. API Data & Accuracy
Results are aggregated from third-party public sources and APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. You must independently verify critical data before acting on it.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Report unauthorised access immediately.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we suspect misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OSINTS.xyz and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
