All data is stored in encrypted databases with Row-Level Security (RLS). Access is restricted by role-based policies. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.

4. Third-Party APIs

Lookup queries are forwarded to third-party public data providers. We do not control how these providers process data. No sensitive personal data is shared with them beyond the lookup parameter (e.g., a mobile number or vehicle registration).

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use minimal cookies strictly necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising or behavioural profiling.

Lookup history and audit logs are retained for 90 days unless otherwise required by law. Account data is retained until you request deletion or your account is terminated.
