1. Digital Service Nature

OSINTS.xyz provides digital intelligence lookup services. Once a lookup query is executed and results are delivered, the service is deemed consumed and is generally non-refundable.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be granted only in the following circumstances:

• The service was unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to a platform-side failure.
• You were charged in error (duplicate billing or incorrect amount).
• A prepaid lookup quota was purchased but never used, and the request is made within 7 days of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Lookup results that do not contain the expected or desired information.
• Mistakes in the query input (e.g., wrong mobile number or vehicle registration).
• Change of mind after purchase or account upgrade.
• Violation of Terms resulting in account suspension.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact our support on Telegram @Bunny_2050 within 7 days of the eligible incident. Include your registered email, transaction details, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter through our support channels. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably and in good faith.

6. Policy Changes

This Refund Policy may be updated at any time. Changes apply to purchases made after the update date.
