Rate limits & fair use

Per-user throttling, IP-based abuse controls, and how to request higher limits.

Default limits

  • Interactive dashboard: soft-limited by module debounce and validation.
  • REST API: sustained ~1 request per second per account is safe.
  • Bulk workloads: contact support before running scripted jobs over 100 rows.

IP protection

Signup credits are gated per-IP and disposable-mail domains are rejected. Repeated failed sign-ins from the same IP are temporarily blocked at the edge.

Higher throughput

For dedicated throughput, higher rate ceilings, or SLA-backed access, reach out via the contact channels in the footer.
